Areca Palm Tree Plantation in India

Areca Leaf Sheaths

Areca Palms leaves with the sheaths attached fall naturally from the trees 3-4 times a year. The sheaths collected from one tree at a time is 2-3 pieces. One sheath weighs between 200g-300g, measuring 0.3m by 1m

Environmental Sustainability : Eco Disposable Tableware is 100% natural & recyclable

In Southeast Asia, to harvest Areca nut (also known as Betel nut), these trees are cultivated. One important thing to note is this variety of Areca Palm tree is different from Palm oil tree which has an industrial application and results into deforestation.  The best thing about Areca palm tree is no trees are cut to procure the nuts or the Areca sheaths. The sheaths naturally dry and fall on the ground, thereby making the production of Eco tableware 100% sustainable (even better than paper or Bamboo tableware!)

The entire production process is chemical free without any pesticides. Our products have been screened for 149 pesticides in accredited Laboratory tests

Since Eco disposable tableware is Premium quality, it can be used multiple time with dry and non-greasy food. Being 100% compostable & biodegradable, it is used as compost useful to nature. Making our product recyclable even after disposal!
